Download the Mod of your choice and extract it's content into your They are Billions folder, overwriting your old ZXRules file (which you made a backup of, elsewhere) To remove the mod, just copy your backup file into the Game Folder. All mods here will be tagged with both Version number and date to help clarify which is most suitable for you. Copy .zxsav and .zxcheck into a backup folder. If you wanna load in that backup make sure to delete the _backup saves aswell after overwriting the original savegame, then you are good to go.
